The Zombie

This tiki classic dating back to the 1930’s packs a punch. Made using a secret recipe of dark rum, fresh juice, herbs and spices, with a hefty float of Plantation O-F-T-D over proof rum. This fiery delight will awaken the undead and transport you straight to the beaches of the Caribbean. Drink with caution, one too many sips and you might just turn into a zombie yourself. Limit 2 per customer.

Piranha Bowl

Indulge in the quintessential tiki cocktail with our signature Mai Tai featuring Plantatin Xaymaca 100% Pot Still Jamaican rum, fresh lime, Orgeat and Pierre Ferrand Orange Curacao, topped with a Goslings float and a slice of pineapple. This deliciously fruity and refreshing cocktail is the perfect way to get into the island spirit.

Jungle Bird

Looking for a drink that’s as wild as you are? This feisty little number is made with Plantation Original Dark Campari, pineapple and fresh lime. The subtly sweet cocktail will have you swinging from the vines in no time.

Manhattan

Named after the club it was created in, this classic is a smooth and silky blend of Templeton Rye Whiskey and just the right amount of Italian Sweet Vermouth and aromatic bitters. Served up over ice. Experience the ultimate in cocktail sophistication.

Darker & stormier

The ultimate sailor’s drink, this recipe goes back to the Gosling family in the 1800’s Bermuda. We combine the perfect ratio of ginger beer and Goslings Black Seal Rum, then a hint of fresh lime…to prevent scurvy of course.

Boulevardier

This bold and refined cocktail invented during Prohibition is as beautiful as it is complex. We mix Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Carpano Antica and Campari then finish it off with a flamed orange peel. Perfect for sipping while engaging in great conversation.

Hoki ‘Alani

This drink literally sparkles like the beaches of Hawaii. Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom, fresh lime, fresh squeezed orange juice, Fever Tree Ginger Beer and a dash of edible glitter is the perfect combination to turn your day around…that’s what it’s all about!

Negroni

With thousands of variations of the cocktail in existence, we love the tried and true recipe originally created in Florence Italy that has been delighting drinkers for over a century. We use Nolet’s gin boasting hints of rose, peach and raspberry combined with Campari and fine Italian Vermouth to create the perfect balance of bitter and sweet.

Blood and Sand

Dating back to the golden age of Hollywood, this timeless recipe calls for equal parts Johnnie Walker Red, Cherry Heering, Carpano Antica and fresh orange juice, lightly shaken and served up. A bold and daring choice for the adventurous drinker.

Daiquir

Named after a town in the Southeastern tip of Cuba, the Daiquiri has been around for over a century and has had many evolutions through its years. For our version of the Caribbean staple we mix Plantation Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple and 3 Star Rum, fresh lime, cane sugar and a dash of Fee Foam then serve it up in an elegant coupe glass. Made for the sophisticated tiki connoisseur.

Need a little bit of tropical therapy? Look no further than our take on the Virgin Islands’ classic using real coconut cream, Gosling’s Black Seal Rum, a hint of pineapple and fresh orange topped with a sprinkle of nutmeg and of course an umbrella. It’s just what the doctor ordered.
